However, when you are contemplating on getting a refurbished laptop, just make sure that you do your research properly and that you will get adequate protections in the form of guarantees and warranties when you make the purchase.
When any computer is sent back to the company, the company looks very closely at the cause of the complaint. They perform additional tests on the computer to assess the problem. Once that is done, they will send the laptop back to the workshop where the problems are rectified. Replacement of parts is done if necessary.
